Hugging Trees for Health

Well, what we have known instinctively for all ours lives is being scientifically proven.  Being with and hugging trees is good for your health.  :)
Below is an article I was sent through my bee association.

What the below article does not say is, it is also good for the trees.  They love it when we show them care, love and reverence!  The whole faerie realm is asking for us to do that all the time.

Although in some ways, it is sad we humans feel the need to rationalize and live according to our brains, it is good to hear for those that still are there for now (being in a mind dominated state.)  It affords a chance to choose to be more comfortable with being closer to our natural state of existence by becoming more closely connected to Mother Earth.

Hugging Trees Gives Good Vibrations.

We were right all along (maybe).

From NaturalNews.com

Tree hugging, that much maligned hippy generation idea, has now been shown to have scientific validity after all. Contrary to popular belief, touching a tree does make you healthier. In fact you don't even have to touch the tree to get better, just being within its vicinity has the same effect.

In a recently published book, Blinded by Science, (www.blindedbyscience.co.uk) the author Matthew Silverstone, proves scientifically that trees improve many health issues such as; mental illnesses, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), concentration levels, reaction times, depression and the ability to alleviate headaches.

Countless studies have shown that children show significant psychological and physiological effects in terms of their health and well being when they interact with plants. They demonstrate that children function better cognitively and emotionally in green environments and have more creative play in green areas.

A large public health report that investigated the association between green spaces and mental health concluded that "access to nature can significantly contribute to our mental capital and wellbeing".

So what is it about nature that can have these significant effects? Up until now it has been thought to be the open green spaces that cause this effect. However, Matthew Silverstone, shows that it is nothing to do with this by proving scientifically that it is the vibrational properties of trees and plants that give us the health benefits and not the open green spaces.

The answer to how plants and trees affect us physiologically turns out to be very simple. It is all to do with the fact that everything vibrates, and different vibrations affect biological behaviours. It has been proven that if you drink a glass of water that has been treated with a 10Hz vibration your blood coagulation rates will change immediately on ingesting the treated water. It is the same with trees, when touching a tree its different vibrational pattern will affect various biological behaviours within your body.

This vibrational idea is backed up throughout the book by hundreds of scientific studies to provide overwhelming proof that tree hugging after all is not such a crazy idea. Not only is it good for our health but it can also save the Government a lot of money by offering an alternative form of treatment that is free.

One report concluded with the following: "safe, green spaces may be as effective as prescription drugs in treating some forms of mental illnesses".

Wouldn't it be nice to hear from now on that doctors treat some forms of illnesses by suggesting a walk in the park rather than taking a packet full of pills.

Message From the Elementals

Many places across the country (United States) and from what I read, around the world, are going through strange weather patterns.  I know many of the people I talk to who live scattered throughout the United States are frustrated by the constant and frequent weather changes.
I myself have had many recent days where I change my clothes several times a day to either cool down or warm up because of the drastic weather changes throughout the day.  It is June and I have my windows closed and I am considering starting a fire, as it is so cold today.  Just yesterday, I was in shorts and a sleeveless t-shirt.

Today, as I walked my dogs this morning, I received this message from the elementals (as the wind blew and I had to zip up my coat!)
Some of you may know I am being given (in steps) a book of messages from the Faeries, Elementals and Nature Spirits.  I was told to not wait to put this in the book but to share it today.  So, here it is.

We are hearing many humans complain about the weather conditions lately.  They expect and assume that because a date on the calendar is here the weather should be a certain way all the time.
As we have stated before, the weather is changing due to the Great Mother’s (Gaia) purging of the poisons that have been put on her, but we (elementals) are also working to teach the human race by these actions (changing weather patterns).

It is imperative that humans learn acceptance of each moment.  This is the way the shift is to come for your race to obtain higher levels of energy and awakening to their Divine connection.
We teach as we know and use the energy links we have with your people; this is our way of having humans learn acceptance of what is.  After all, we have heard your saying, ‘You can’t change the weather’ so, you are aware that acceptance is truly the only thing you can do; although many of you still wish to complain, the only impact that has is to tell us you still have much to learn.”
